The Stoughton Motel conversion became a Homeless Resource Center (HRC) and homeless housing operated by Father Bill’s and MainSpring. We redesigned a former hotel, owner’s residence, and single-family home to provide a total of 24 units of housing.

This 16,000 square foot lot offers plenty of open green space for the residents to enjoy and feel a sense of community. Featuring a patio, multiple green areas, and renewed landscaping, it is a spacious site to facilitate great living quality.
