The Project on Quincy Street in Quincy, MA is new construction of a new 4 story apartment building with 24 Studio Efficiency Apartments on a 13,217 square foot lot. The project aims to provide permanent supportive housing units to the community within a building designed to a high standard of energy efficiency. Three existing vacant residential buildings, owned by the client, shall be demolished. The site is to be fully developed with new trees, shrubbery, and perennials, a wood fence along the sides and rear along with a new 12 car parking area, small covered patio in the rear.
